Nicole Carney & INSPIRED NUTRITION BY NICOLE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) which govern your use of this website and your purchase or participation in any products, programs, coaching services, or digital offerings.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or make a purchase.

1. Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any product or service.

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any behavior that could damage, disable, or disrupt the website or the experience of other users.

2. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

A. Payments

By purchasing any product or program, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.

You agree to provide current, accurate payment information and to promptly update it as needed.

B. No Refunds. All Sales Are Final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, coaching services, and programs, all sales are final and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that:

  • You have read the full description of the product or program before purchasing.

  • You understand results are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for your own success, participation, and follow-through.

C. Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails or is not completed:

  • Access to the product, program, or coaching may be suspended until payment is resolved.

  • We may use collection efforts consistent with the law.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching services, programs, and content provided by Nicole Carney with INSPIRED NUTRITION WITH NICOLE LLC are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide:

  • mental health therapy

  • medical treatment

  • legal advice

  • financial advice

Your coach is not acting in these capacities.
You understand your results depend on your own effort and integration.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within programs—including videos, PDFs, posts, coaching frameworks, worksheets, branding, and written materials is the property of Nicole Carney and INSPIRED NUTRITION WITH NICOLE LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • copy

  • distribute

  • share

  • reproduce

  • publish

  • teach

  • or claim ownership of any content

without express written permission.

Violations may result in removal from programs without refund, and legal action where applicable.

5. Access to Programs & Services

When you purchase a digital product or program, you receive access for the duration specified on the sales page or within the offer. Access may be revoked if:

  • payments are not completed

  • you violate program rules

  • you behave in a way that disrupts the community or disrespects the coach or other users

We reserve the right to remove any participant from any program at our discretion.

6. Behavioral Expectations

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully within all programs, coaching containers, and communication channels.

Harassment, abuse, harm toward other members, or boundary violations may result in removal without refund.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of information shared within coaching containers, except:

  • when required by law

  • when there is risk of harm to yourself or others

  • when providing administrative or technical assistance through vetted third parties

You also agree to maintain confidentiality of other participants.

8. Testimonials & Marketing Use

By purchasing from us, you grant permission for anonymized wins, feedback, or statements to be used for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

We will never share your private details or identifying information without consent.

9. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • your relationship outcomes

  • your emotional results

  • your marriage success

  • your financial situation

  • any specific measurable transformation

You are responsible for your own results and decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

  • damages

  • losses

  • injuries

  • or claims

arising from your participation in coaching, programs, or use of this site.

You agree to release Nicole Carney and INSPIRED NUTRITION WITH NICOLE LLC from any such liability.

11. Termination

We may terminate or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or participation in services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
